When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

  • Analytics: Tinybird (usage analytics and data processing)
  • Payments: Stripe (payment processing)
  • Email: Resend (transactional emails)
  • Other Services: Exa (semantic search), Firecrawl (web scraping)

Data Controller: For workspace data, you (the workspace owner) are the data controller, and we are the data processor. For account data, we are the data controller.

  • Say no to the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data)
  • Access their personal information
  • Request deletion of personal information

Additional Information

AI Processing

When you use our AI-powered features, your prompts and content may be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Azure OpenAI, XAI, OpenRouter) for processing. We only send the minimum necessary information to generate your requested content. AI providers process this data according to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Landing Page Analytics

Landing pages you create and publish collect visitor analytics through our @firebuzz/analytics package. This includes page views, interactions, conversions, and user behavior. Visitors can manage their consent through the consent manager displayed on your landing pages.

Custom Domains

When you connect a custom domain, DNS records point to our servers. We serve your landing pages through Cloudflare's global CDN for optimal performance and security.
